General information
Fo so, translating to we speak, more loosely our speech, is a language centered around removing ambiguity in the nature of existence. Though in the very early stages of construction, Fo so aims to convey the true nature of things, ideas, and all other facets of creation.

There are several digraphs, which represent unique sounds but are not considered unique letters. These include the dipthongs ou [oʊ], eu [y], au [ɔʊ], ai [aɪ], ao [ɐ̃w], and ah [ɑ̃], and other digraphs cc [t͡ʃ], ss [ʃ], gh [g], th [θ], dh [ð], dg [d͡ʒ] , rr [r] and lh [ȷ̃], as well as ' to indicate a glottal stop [ʔ]. Orthography is largely phonetic.

In Fo so, nouns have no innate gender.. Fo so has relatively strict word order, with the position of words within sentences contributing greatly to their meaning. While prepositions do exist, they are usually omitted except in formal speech, poetry and/or where their use is required to remove ambiguity. Verbs are appended with prefixes to indicate their tense. Take the following for example.
Se - [seɪ] (to) be, exist, stay, live etc.
This represents the pure action undertaken by the verb, free of tense. When prefixed by E- [ə], it becomes ese, [ə-seɪ] meaning is, am, are etc. When instead appended by seu- [sy], it becomes seuse, [sy-seɪ] placing it in the Recent Past, meaning was, were. There are five such tense prefixes.
- Nu- [nuː] The Distant Past, things that once were that now are not, things that were a long time past.
- Seu- [sy] The Recent Past, things that recently occured, things still occuring which began recently
- E- [ə] The Present, things that currently are occurring.
- Ra- [rɔ] The Near Future, things that will soon occur.
- Mo- [mo] The Distant Future, things that will someday occur.
These can be applied to all verbs.
Seupao [sy-pɐ̃w]- left, departed, exited. Deu [dy] seupao - you left.
La ebao! [lɔ ə-bɐ̃w] - she's dying! Homom dudom mobao [hom-om dʊd-om mo-bɐ̃w]. - everyone will die (eventually).
Plurality in nouns is indicated by suffixing -m (where vowel-final), or -a (where consonant-final).
