Interlecto is a project for a constructed international auxiliary language (conIAL), based on the ideas the promoter (Chlewey) has on how a conIAL should be like. It is not the pretension of the promoter for Interlecto to become the ultimate IAL.
After several thoughts on how to make things work, Chlewey decided not to reinvent the wheel. Interlect is built on the principles of George Boeree's Lingua Franca Nova.
