Lambda (in the original script λαμβδα /'lambda/) is an artistic language created in 2016 by G. P. Grieco, largely based on Greek and other indoeuropean languages.

Fictional History

Lambda belongs to the homonymous language family, that includes the now dead Lafta language, used in ancient times for poetry. The first attestations of Lambda dates back to 790 years ago, when the language was written using the Lafta syllabary. Only two hundred years later the actual alphabet was crafted, but it was constantly modified to fit the language.
