Basic Information[]
History[]
Latollian is a Nahuan Uto-Aztecan language.
Throughout the late 21st century Classical Nahuatl began to become more prevalent as a prestige language due to increasing promotion in academia in Mexico. It eventually became popular among Mexico's wealthy population.
At the start of the 1st century P.F. a group of wealthy Mexican-born warlords moved North into the South Western region of the former United States. While the group was generally of Mestizo ancestry and were for the most part first language Spanish speakers, they elected to use Nahuatl to distinguish themselves from the Mestizo tribes already in the region. This group eventually became the Proto-Latollian people.
In the 5th century P.F. the tribe moved north into the Great Lakes region of the former United States. The Latollians eventually settled in the region known as Latollulan. The group assimilated proximal groups of anglo tribes, created the modern Latollian population.
