[edit] Promotion of non-desirable behaviour
The promotion of non-desirable behaviour is a recurring pattern, which could be interpreted as "See, and that's something you want to avoid." combined with the human precedent to learn by trial and error or to learn from errors, even when better knowledge would have been available. This would be another precedent you might want to teach to avoid.
[edit] Reintroduction of behavior you are trying to avoid
Behavioral patterns you are trying to avoid may be reintroduced only with different means and in variants that cannot easily be recognized as being similar or identical to earlier mistakes, which you are actively trying to avoid.
If you can be brought to repeat a mistake in a variant, possibly in a weakened form, that can be interpreted as: "See? You still haven't really understood the abstract problem and you are only avoiding symptoms but not the disease." or "So is this acceptable now if the earlier behavior was not?"
A possible example may be found in Waldorf education, which is trying to promote socialization and fairness as one of its goals but in doing so may have an adverse effect on other schools.
