In the movie Gattaca
- The verification of genetic validitiy seems to have a lot of unethical consequences.
- Irene Cassini offers Vincent one of her hairs for genetic validation.
- Vincent, who doesn't care about the hair of the girl he dates has invalid genetics himself. [1]
- Jerome, a genetically valid and ambitious but handicapped person, cremates himself (to cremate -> not to discriminate) [2]
- The genetically invalid Vincent is shot into the universe.

- [2] He discriminates so obviously he needs to be told not to. This may also be a warning that people who do not understand the YHVH language can have sever problems because of that. (see Ethical flaws of the YHVH language) In an alternate aspect the genetically valid Jerome has killed himself.
