impossible : what should not be done (e.g. it exists a moral obligation to avoid this)
must : what should be done (e.g. it exists a moral obligation)
can : what can be done because your location allows to do it
able to do : what sb. is able to do because he or she possibly lacks the insight that it cannot be done (at least as seen from sb. else's position)
dictator : sb. who tells people what may have to be done
