• a random person -> average person (Complement to one aspect of god -> extraordinary person)
• taxi drivers / waterfowls ^[1]
• a conceivable humorous, if slightly pejorative, term for people whose brains work through random associations, as opposed to AIs who can think with algorithmic reliability if desired.

All three interpretations could be seen as to encompass humanity as a whole so that may be a resolution to the ambiguity.

^[1] This could be seen as to convey the view that if you can segregate from "taxi drivers" you can segregate from almost random people (e.g. most children (actual children)).
