time-reversed : to reverse  time  ^π (which could be interpreted as acting collectively intelligent)

Time-reversal is a rationalization or pseudo-causality which subsumes reversed concepts (Complements) that can be explained by reverting the flow of time.  good  ^π acts can, for instance, turn into  evil  ^π acts when time is reversed: Starting a war becomes ending a war, creation becomes destruction, healing becomes harming. ^[1]

[edit] Time-reversing concepts

One could interpret time-reversing concepts as concepts that aid to reverse "natural" human behavior by reverting aspects of frequently shown behavior into beneficial activity that may guide future decision-making processes beneficially .

Examples could be semipostal stamps for email or search engines capable to search for vendor policies (e.g. http://esp.nongnu.org), both seem capable to be interesting and frequent reminders for people who may otherwise not be interested in a topic that does not suggest itself.
