Tahon (natively Tajón [tajɔn]) is a Romance language spoken by around 45,000 people on the "Tajóñsa Íslas" in the Balearic Sea 200km east of Barcelona. It is most closely related to Spanish and Catalan. ​​​

Tahon is a fusional language. Nouns decline according to 2 genders and plurality. Verbs conjuagte according to 5 tenses, 3 moods and person. Most of the time word order is SVO however word order can be changed to either VSO to empasise the verb or OSV to empasise the object.

NounsEdit

Nouns in Tahon are declined according to 2 genders and plurality. Nouns that end in -a, -çion, sión and -ad  are feminine. The rest of nouns, usualy ending in -o, -ó ​or a consonant are masculine. When using nouns in sentences the words for "the" (​"el" masculine & "la" feminine)​ or the words for "a" (​"​un" masculine & "ula") are always kept.
