Did you use Amerindian languages as a base for this language?
Anyway, I think it is a rather good conlang. The Kaufman (talk) 16:15, March 26, 2014 (UTC)
Čiuhęsohepot soh! :) The fact that it's polysynthetic is borrowed from Amerindian languages, but otherwise it's a priori. --QytokantFRÅGOR??? 15:29, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
Vhaʔaru, vak'tu. Anyway, your conlang looks Salishan or Penutian to me. The Kaufman (talk) 18:04, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
Noticed that the word order is OVS. Also, you should add compound verbs, like mękaʔ (example of fusion: mękaʔ < *mękkaʔ), čakaʔ, etc. The Kaufman (talk) 10:28, March 30, 2014 (UTC)
Well, the word order is more complicated than that:
- With incorporated nouns, the word order is OVS.
- With standalone nouns, the word order is SVO.
- With subordinated verbs, the word order is SVO as well.
- With pronominal suffixes, the word order is VSO.
As for the compound verbs, I'll add them :) --QytokantFRÅGOR??? 13:32, April 1, 2014 (UTC)
This looks oddly like Kauf's new language :P --UnfazedEveryman Annoy Me 01:29, September 8, 2015 (UTC)
What new language? Ičhąwe? It's pretty friggin' old. --DAH BUY000R! (wall | crimes)
- OVS is a takavikhi order. UnfazedEveryman Annoy Me 22:52, September 8, 2015 (UTC)
