This template makes it easier to write letters with breves.
Examples:

• {{˘|a}} gives ă
• {{˘|A}} gives Ă

The code is: start with {{˘| and follow with the letter you want a breve above, and end with }}. This doesn't work with all characters. If you type a non-supported character, it will result in a breve + the letter. If you cannot write breve with your keyboard, replace {{˘| with {{br|.
